Depending on your version, however, (which you haven't clarified) I don't know if features such as SD Caffiine are available. This method installs a temporary patch on the Wii U, so therefore, the patch gets removed every time you shut off the console (however, you're required to access the loadiine menu every single time you want to boot the game). The easiest, risk free way to mod a Wii U is to load loadiine.ovh through your Wii U's internet browser. Initially, it sounds like you just want to load mods on the Wii U via the topic title but you stated in your post you want to mod the Wii U menu? And additionally, your response to the above post means you simply want to load mods on your Wii U? Please note, the "private" folder is not required.I'm not sure exactly what you're asking in this topic. The folders are "NewerSMBW" "riivolution" "apps" and "private". When completed, the SD card should have either 3 or 4 folders in it. It will take a few minutes to copy the files. Move these two folders onto the root of the SD card. One should be called "NewerSMBW" and the other "riivolution". As I said earlier, the download may take a few hours, so be patient. You should already have downloaded Newer Super Mario Bros Wii from the site. Unzip riivolution.zip and place the contents of the new "riivolution" folder into the "apps" folder on the SD card. On the SD card, create a new folder called "apps". Next, download Riivolution by clicking here. Once the Homebrew Channel has been installed and you have plugged your SD card back into your computer, you can delete the LetterBomb files and rename "private_old" back to "private". A new channel should have appeared in the next empty space on the Menu, that channel should be the Homebrew Channel. When the Homebrew Channel has finished installing, select "Exit" and go back to the Wii Menu. On the next page, use the D-Pad and A to choose to install the Homebrew Channel.
